How do I go about restoring my recovery drive?

I just recently bought some video games here in iraq that are knock offs and they installed straight onto my recovery drive even though I didnt ask it to. It seems to be slowing my computer down and my recover drive is completely full now. How do I go about fixing this problem?|||Just go into the drive and delete anything you do not want on there. Then when you reinstall the games, make the directory C: instead of the recovery. But, if you're computer is running slower it would have nothing to do with what is on the recovery drive.
